 Not always. Financing depends on the property’s acreage, land use, condition, improvements and whether the home represents most of its value. Some rural properties qualify for conventional, FHA, VA or USDA financing, while farmland and recreational land may require a local agricultural lender, larger down payment or shorter loan term. I can help identify potential financing concerns before you make an offer.
